Shipping Policy
We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience for our customers in the European Union. Please read the details below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
Shipping Availability
At this time, we ship only to countries within Europe. We do not offer shipping outside the EU. If your country is an EU member state, we’ve got you covered – unfortunately, we cannot fulfill orders to non-EU destinations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders. All product prices already include standard shipping costs, so you won’t pay anything extra for delivery. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements, every order to an EU address ships at no additional charge. Even if your order ships in multiple packages, you will never be charged extra for the additional deliveries.
Note: Because shipping is free and included in the product price, the rate will show as 0 EUR at checkout. Enjoy shopping knowing that delivery is on us!
Order Processing & Handling
Order processing time: 1–3 business days. Once you place an order, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. This handling time allows us to verify your order details, ensure product quality, and securely package your items for shipment.
We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. We appreciate your patience while we make sure your order is ready to go.
Delivery Time Estimates
Standard delivery timeframe: ~7–15 business days (on average, about 1–3 weeks) after dispatch. Once your order leaves our facility, the typical transit time for delivery to EU countries is around 7 to 15 business days under normal conditions. Some orders may arrive in about a week, while others can take up to two weeks or slightly longer (especially for remote locations or smaller towns). We use standard shipping methods that are common in dropshipping, and based on these timelines you can generally expect your package within roughly two weeks of shipment.
Please note that delivery times can vary by destination. Urban areas or capital cities might receive packages a bit faster, whereas rural or remote areas could experience a couple of extra days in transit. All quoted delivery times are estimates, and business days refer to weekdays (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays).
Order Tracking & Notifications
Tracking information will be provided as soon as available. Once your order has been shipped and picked up by the carrier, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (or our order tracking page, if available) to follow the progress of your delivery.
Keep in mind that it may take 24–48 hours after you receive the tracking notification for the tracking data to begin updating. This is normal – please allow the shipping carrier some time to scan and update the package information in their system. If you have any trouble accessing your tracking info, let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.
Delays and Unexpected Issues
We strive to meet the estimated delivery times above, but occasional delays can happen. High-demand periods (for example, around Christmas or other holidays) or unforeseen events may extend shipping times slightly beyond the usual range. External factors like weather disruptions, customs processing delays, or carrier logistical issues are unfortunately outside our control and could cause your order to arrive later than expected. We will do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of any widespread shipping delays affecting your order.
Most orders arrive within the estimated window, but if your package is significantly delayed (for example, more than a week past the expected delivery date), please reach out to us. We’re here to help and can contact the shipping company to investigate any hold-ups.
Lost or missing packages: All orders are insured. In the unlikely event that a shipment gets lost in transit or does not arrive, we will make it right for you. If your package has indeed gone missing after a reasonable time frame, we will send you a new one free of charge or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you receive your items. Similarly, if an order arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
